No, truBody is not designed for weight loss or a treatment for obesity. It is used to reduce minor to moderate areas of excess fat on the body(truSculptiD), skin tightening(FlexSure) and enhancing muscle strength and tone (truSculptFlex).

The length of your treatment will depend on your specific treatment plan. Treatment times vary between 1-1.5 hour for your initial treatment of truSculptiD or FlexSure and truSculpt Flex+. Subsequent treatments will take 15 -45 minutes depending on the Flex mode.

Remarkable results may be seen in as little as 4 to 6 treatments, followed by truSculpt Flex+ maintenance treatments, and/or additional truSculpt iD/FlexSure treatments depending on your goals and the results you want to achieve.

Your first treatment will start with 15 minutes of fat reduction that is typically described as an intense warm feeling similar to that of a hot stone massage. During this part of the treatment your skin temperature will rise and feel hot but should remain manageable. The last 15 minutes of your first treatment and subsequent treatments are muscle sculpting, in which you will feel gentle muscle contractions to start, and slowly intensifies depending on your comfort/fitness level.

No. truBody treatments are non-invasive, requires no recovery time and you’ll be able to resume your normal activities right after the treatment. Post treatment the area may be warm and flushed for about 1 hour, you may notice some tingling for a few hours and/or slight muscle soreness or tenderness, for 24-72 hours in the treatment area.

Yes, you should not have the truBody treatments if you are pregnant, have cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, or other implanted devices, epilepsy, acute trauma or fracture, recent surgical procedures, abdominal or inguinal hernia, a history of Myocardial Arrhythmia or blood flow deficiencies.

Results may be visible after 4 to 6 treatment session with maximum results visible 8-12 weeks after the last treatment session. Additional treatments may be required to achieve your personalized goals and to maintain your results.
