What to expect
Your appointment, step by step
Consultation
We talk about the look you want and check your lashes, brows and skin.
Prep
The area is cleansed. For lashes, your lower lashes are protected and your eyes stay closed.
Treatment
Lifting or laminating solutions are applied and timed, then tint and shaping if included. Most services take 20 to 90 minutes.
Finish
We set and style your lashes or brows and go over aftercare.
Before and aftercare
Before and after your treatment
Before
- Come without eye makeup or mascara, and remove contact lenses before a lash service.
- Don't wax, tweeze or tint your brows for two weeks before a brow service.
- Stop retinol and exfoliating acids on the brow area for a few days before waxing.
- Tell us about allergies, sensitive skin or eye conditions. We may do a patch test for tint.
- Tell us if you're pregnant. Some people prefer to wait on lifts and lamination.
Aftercare
- Keep lashes and brows dry for 24 hours. No steam, saunas or swimming.
- Skip mascara and brow products for 24 hours.
- Don't rub your eyes or sleep face down the first night.
- Brush brows into place each morning after lamination, and use a nourishing oil or serum after the first day.
- Avoid sun, tanning and exfoliating products on waxed skin for 24 to 48 hours.
Lifts and lamination last about 6 to 8 weeks. Tints last about 3 to 6 weeks.
