Crow's feet fan out from the outer corners of your eyes when you smile, laugh or squint. The muscle that circles each eye creates them, and the thin skin in this area makes the lines show early.
Relaxing the outer part of that muscle softens the lines while leaving your eyes free to smile. Crepey texture under the eyes is different and usually responds better to skin treatments like Laser Genesis or microneedling.
